What we collect
We keep things minimal. When you sign in, we store your email address and, if you add one, a display name. We also store the events you post and the events you RSVP to. That's it — no passwords (we use email magic links), no payment info, and no tracking profiles.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account working (transactional email — your magic sign-in links).
- To send you transactional email about events, such as RSVP confirmations and reminders. You can opt out of non-essential email from your account settings.
- To show the events you post on the public calendar.
What hosts can see about you
When you RSVP to an event, that event's host can see your display name and email address so they can plan and contact attendees. Only the host of an event you RSVP to can see your details for that event. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can update your display name or opt out of non-essential email at any time from your account settings. You can also ask us to delete your account and associated data — deleting your account removes your profile, your events, and your RSVPs.
Data storage
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and authentication, Resend for email delivery). We keep your information only as long as you have an account or as needed to run the site.
